By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. Use of Service

You may use the Service only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid features of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). ReefWatch Technologies Inc. reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

3. Data and Content

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant ReefWatch Technologies Inc. a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReefWatch Technologies Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service provides monitoring data and AI-generated recommendations that should not be used as the sole basis for critical decisions regarding animal health or safety.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

ReefWatch Technologies Inc. ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use the ReefWatch platform and services.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly (name, email, farm details), data from sensors deployed on your operation (water quality metrics, environmental data), and usage data (how you interact with the platform).

How We Use Information

We use collected information to provide and improve the Service, generate AI-powered insights and recommendations, send alerts and notifications, and communicate with you about your account.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Sensor data is retained for up to 3 years to improve AI model accuracy. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
